Mukesh Pandey (born April 30, 2004) is a young Nepali tech learner, innovator, and aspiring entrepreneur, best known as the Co-Founder of Rudrassa.com, a growing digital startup in Nepal. Alongside his passion for technology, he is deeply interested in Political Science, Diplomacy, and International Relations, reflecting his vision of connecting innovation with global understanding and leadership.

Early Life and Education

Mukesh Pandey was born in Thapala, Dadeldhura District, in the Far-Western Province of Nepal. His father, Devraj Pandey, serves as an office assistant at the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation (MoEWRI), while his mother, Janaki Devi Pandey, is a homemaker.

Pandey spent his childhood in Mahendranagar, where he completed his schooling at Shree Siddhanath Secondary School, Jimiwa-10, Kanchanpur. His natural curiosity and discipline set him apart from a young age.

In 2021, he moved to Kathmandu to continue his education at Xavier International College, where he pursued science at the higher secondary level. Currently, he is studying Computer Science and Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) and developing a growing interest in how technology, policy, and innovation intersect in modern society.

Journey Toward Technology

Mukesh’s journey into the world of technology began early, when his elder brother introduced him to computers. Fascinated by how machines worked, he quickly became curious about programming, digital systems, and web technologies.

While many of his peers were focused solely on academics, Mukesh began self-learning programming languages such as Java, PHP, and HTML. Over time, he strengthened his understanding of software logic, debugging, and digital design through consistent practice and exploration.

Social Involvement – The Birth of Biwekshil Youth Club

In 2019, at just 15 years old, Pandey founded the Biwekshil Youth Club. The organization was established to empower local youth and promote positive social change in rural Nepal.

The club focused on encouraging young people to participate in community development, addressing issues such as the lack of infrastructure, sports grounds, and local initiatives. His leadership in forming the club demonstrated an early sense of purpose and civic responsibility.

Learning with Anubhabi Technologies

In 2021, Pandey joined Anubhabi Technologies, a company co-founded by his brother. He began his journey there as a learner and intern, immersing himself in product management, web technology, and digital innovation.

At Anubhabi Technologies, he gained valuable exposure to several online platforms such as Nepalesexpress.com and TheGarudaExpress.com, learning about website operations, digital strategy, and the life cycle of online products.

This experience helped him understand the foundations of the tech industry, teamwork, and the process of turning ideas into real digital products.

Rudrassa.com – A Step Toward Entrepreneurship

Later in 2021, Pandey co-founded Rudrassa.com, a digital startup aiming to provide technology services and online solutions. Although still learning, he plays an active role in understanding and supporting projects related to web development, digital branding, and software services under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Through Rudrassa, Pandey continues to shape his entrepreneurial mindset, gaining both technical skills and leadership experience. The platform has grown steadily and is now part of Nepal’s expanding tech ecosystem.

Hackathon Achievement

In 2022, Mukesh and his team participated in a Hackathon Competition organized by the Computer and Coding Club, where they presented a project that used technology to solve a pressing social issue.

Their innovative idea, combined with Pandey’s enthusiasm for coding and creative problem-solving, earned them a winning position in the competition. This victory marked an important milestone in his early tech career, reinforcing his belief that technology can drive social change.

Academic and Global Interests

Beyond his work in technology, Pandey’s interests extend into Political Science, Diplomacy, and International Relations. He believes that understanding governance and global cooperation is vital for young leaders in the modern world.

He is also passionate about writing research papers and exploring interdisciplinary subjects that connect technology, politics, and human development. Through writing and research, he aims to share insights that inspire youth and encourage innovation-driven policy ideas.
