Early Life and Background

Mukesh Pandey was born in Thapala, Dadeldhura District, Nepal. He spent much of his early life in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, where he developed an interest in science, technology, and public affairs from a young age.

His father, Devraj Pandey, serves at the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation of Nepal, while his mother, Janaki Devi Pandey, is a homemaker.
