Dipen Dahal (born May 10, 1977), is an Nepalese entrepreneur, innovator and a dynamic Educator. He is the Principal at Xavier International College, Kalopul, Kathmandu. His journey begins in 2003 when he affiliated to University of Cambridge at Xavier International College, Kalopul, Kathmandu from September 4th, 2003.
Born in Janpathtole, Biratnagar-15, Morang, Nepal, Dahal began his career as a Environment Management Lecturer for General Certificate of Education Advanced (GCE) A Level.
Early life and education
Dahal was born in Janpathtole, Biratnagar, Morang.He completed schooling (S.L.C, 1993) in Arniko Boarding School, Biratnagar, Morang, and In 1996 AD, he joined Trichandra Multiple Campus exceptional campus at the capital for Intermediate in Science (I.Sc). After He completed his Undergraduate (B.SC. Hons) in Environment Science at Kathmandu University in 2001 and Masters (M.Sc) in Environment Science at Kathmandu University in 2003.

- Academic Coordinator for Department of Bachelor in science (Enviroment Science/Microbiology) affiliated to Tribhuvan University at Xavier International College, Kalopul, Kathmandu from September 15th, 2007.
- Environment Management Lecturer for General Certificate of Education Advanced (GCE A Level) affiliated to University of Cambridge at Xavier International College, kalopul, kathmandu from September 4th, 2003.
- Country Director at Dynamicbuna USA from 2013, December to till date.
Volunteer: Serving Voluntarily as a “Project Manager” for the american based organization, “Dynamicbuna” for the capacity building of the disable especially for the visually impaired in the five districts of Nepal from 2013, December to till date.
Serving as volunteer in the children home “shed the light" (non profit humanitarian organization) as a “Academic Leader” for higher education to the children of the home since 2nd November, 2009 to till date.
